Desperately seeking weight loss pills that work.?

Have put on 150 lb and cannot stop eating! Will not consider Gastric Bypass. Have tried the chinese herbal teas and medicine but instead put on 20 lbs so just stopped. Am really desperate to lose the weight but could use something genuine that works as I am too far gone to diet and exercise and starve. Also, am a type 1 diabetic but that's not an excuse. Have tried portion control, walking, it's like nothing is working! Am so discouraged and so unhappy. On a different note, does anyone know how Nicole Richie and like get so thin so quickly?   1. Honestly, do you think if diet pills worked, there would still be fat people around? You have to be very careful since many can cause some kind of heart problems. Talk to your doctor, thats your best bet. Many of these pills have not been aproved by the FDA.

  4. first of all you need to see a doctor to make sure you dont have a thyroid disorder or something similar, i dont mean to scare you. Anyhow, portion control is ok to a point, if you deprive your body of food, it will start to go into a starvation mode and convert a lot of your food to fat. you need to change your eating habits, no fried foods, slow down on your sugars and sodium, dont go cold turkey, just gradually cut down. Also no matter how you look at it, youre gonna have to excercise, either its walking or the treadmill, or cardio youre going to have to do it, you just have to set your mind to it. I lost over 45 lbs last year, and i did it gradually, remember, it took you how long to gain that weight? you dont expect to lose it in a week or two? it going to take time, it took me a whole year and it was worth the wait!
