Which sounds better?

I'm thinking of doing a project on whether this plant that is often used in Traditional Chinese medicine can kill cancer cells. Should I make extracts of different parts of the plant (ie stems, fruit, bark, roots) and test it on the cells or should I test different types of the fruit (that's the most popular part) because there are strains from different parts of the world. Or should I test different types of the fruit within the Chinese version of the fruit or some combination of two out of the three choices? I'm very confused at the moment. Thanks for any input!
