2. ahh , a trick question!..the causes are always the same, chinese medicine will offer different treatments, not causes!
3. The same as they are in Western Medicine! How it manifests itself it different - it could be kidney yin deficiency, spleen qi deficiency, hyperactive lung, stomach heat etc and it can be a combination of any number of things which each would be treated.
